In consideration for being permitted to use the indoor shooting range, facilities, and equipment of Wild Wild West Arms, I, the undersigned, agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that the use of firearms and the shooting range involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, hearing loss, eye injury, lead exposure, permanent disability, and death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.
Rules & Safe Conduct
I agree to obey all range rules, all posted signage, and every instruction given by Range Safety Officers and staff at all times. I will treat every firearm as if it is loaded, keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, keep my finger off the trigger until ready to fire, and be certain of my target and what lies beyond it.
Eligibility & Sobriety
I certify that I am legally permitted to possess and handle firearms and ammunition, that I am not a prohibited person under federal or Florida law, and that I am not under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or any impairing substance.
Release & Waiver
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Wild Wild West Arms, WWW World LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained while on the premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Medical Authorization
In the event of injury, I authorize Range staff to secure emergency medical treatment on my behalf, and I accept financial responsibility for any such treatment.
I have read this entire release, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
